The Outlook email client allows forwarding emails in two ways:

  • Forwarding of all received email messages.
  • Forwarding of selected email messages by setting up rules. For example, emails from a specific sender / service or containing the desired word / phrase. This will help filter out mass mailings and avoid wasting time on spam.
